About the Band About Matt Potts
We are Harvey Elementary school in Kenosha, Wi. We have an annual cultural fair featuring crafts & entertainment of different countries sponsored by our PTA. We would like to consider your group if possible. The event is March 31, 2012 and performance openings are from 11-2. Our past performers usually do about 20-30 minutes and some have offered workshops/interactive time in a classroom (not required of course). Please let me know if you are interested and available. Heartland Alliance is a Chicago-area human rights nonprofit, and we are holding a fundraiser this December to benefit our programs in Haiti, particularly our Womens Empowerment Center. Since this event will benefit Haiti, we are looking for Caribbean-style entertainment, including steel drum bands. The event will be held Thursday December 6th at the Chicago Cultural Center, and we would need entertainment from 6 to 9.
